Tony Mangione, co-founder of Gulfshore Capital Management, oversees the firm’s investment selection, investor relations, and executive strategy. With deep connections to the business community in Southwest Florida, he has a strong track record of being on the front end of business creation. In 2011, Tony was instrumental in launching Trinity Commercial Group (TCG), an elite commercial real estate brokerage firm. Tony shares TCG’s vision to change the way the commercial real estate business is experienced—serving the client’s needs above their own interests. In 2015, Tony was named partner of the firm. He continues to build on those relationships and that experience to bring value to the investor partners of Gulfshore Capital Management.
Tim Schneider, co-founder of Gulfshore Capital Management, oversees sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, and management of the firm’s asset portfolio. He has positioned himself to be a source of deal flow for investors by building a network of relationships across the field of commercial real estate. In 2014, Tim joined Trinity Commercial Group (TCG), an elite commercial real estate brokerage firm in Southwest Florida. As a partner of TCG, Tim has exposure to a wide variety of deal types and structures and he applies this knowledge to Gulfshore Capital Management’s growing portfolio.
